Accessibility: The entire hotel is accessible for wheelchair users.
Anti-allergenic bedding / room: Among the rooms on the ground floor there are anti-allergenic rooms with anti-allergenic bedding. Rooms are available in limited numbers, please indicate your demand at the reception in advance.
Baby equipment, high chair: we providebaby chair, children’s bathtub and in the restaurant a children’s high chair.
Amenities:(toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit, clothes brush) If you need more amenities than provided in the bathroom, please contact the reception.
Air conditioning: Heating-cooling can be set individually in the bedrooms, a detailed description of use can be found in the “Thermostat” menu item. Please contact reception for technical assistance.
Baby sitting: This service is also available for our guest for an extra charge. This service has to be requested at the time of the booking.
Bathrobe: We provide bathrobe for the guests in all bedrooms.
Business Center facilities: For the following services please contact the reception: Fax, photo copy, printing.
Breakfast: The buffet breakfast is included in the room rate, our restaurant is open 6.00-10.00 on workdays and 6.30-10.00 on weekends.
Chair in the bathroom on request: Please indicate your needs at the reception.
Charging station for electric bicycles: in a designated place on the city side of the hotel.

Cleaning: The rooms are cleaned daily (garbage collection, bathroom, replacement of amenities). Bed linen is changed every 3 days. You have the option of not asking for daily cleaning or not changing bedding by unloading the “Do Not Disturb Sign”. Please ask at reception to change your used bed linen.
Computer, secure printing: We provide complimentary access to computers in the lobby for our guests. The terminal has a printer, so you can print securely here.
Crib: In case you would like to have a crib please contact the reception.
Currency: Cash (HUF), debit / credit card (Visa, Master Card, AMEX, Maestro).
Doctor service: About the various medical on-call contacts, please contact the reception.
Dry cleaning: Our service provided by an external service provider for a fee. Available on weekdays. Garments delivered by 9 a.m. will be returned by 4 p.m. the next business day.
Extra bed: We provide extra bed for a charge of 12.600 HUF/ night, please contact reception.
Extra pillow, blanket and changing of bed linen: Please contact the reception if you need extra pillow, blanket and daily change of bed linen.
Fitness room: Our fitness room, open all day, offers pleasant relaxation for sports enthusiasts. It is located on the 4th floor, you can use the key card to unlock the door.
Garage: There is a limited number of underground garages behind the hotel, and you can request an entrance card at the hotel reception for a fee.
Grab&Go: The minibar in your room is empty. If you would like to take an item please ask the reception desk or choose one from our Grab & Go fridge in the lobby area, available 24/7.
Hair dryer: We provide hair dryer in all rooms, which you can find in the wardrobe.
International plug adapter and charger: mobile chargers, a converter required for use in Hungary can be requested at the reception.
Internet connection: We provide complimentary wireless Internet throughout the hotel free of charge. Upon special request cables and notebook are also available. The password will be kept up to date and will be provided with your room card upon arrival.
In-room dining: Available every day between 6.30 and 22.00.
Iron: Available in all bedrooms.
Ironing service: Every day between 8 am and 4 pm, we provide ironing of the requested garments within 1 hour, for a fee.
Key card: Please have your key card with you at all times, this allows access to the elevator, staircase, parking and fitness. In case of technical problems, please contact the reception.
Laundry service: On weekdays we provide laundry service for the guests, please see pricelist and laundry bag in the wardrobe.
Late check-out: Your key card will expire on the day of departure. Please indicate your late check-out in advance, which you can have resort to in case of free capacity and for a fee.
Luggage assistance, porter service: You can store your luggage without any extra charge.
Upon request we provide luggage assistance. Please contact the reception.
Massage: Please check with the reception.
Method of payment: We accept cash and credit card at the reception. In case you prefer to pay by bank transfer it must be completed prior to your arrival.
Newspaper: Daily and weekly papers are available in the lobby and in the upstairs reading corner.
Parking: Parking is available in our camera-supervised parking lot for a fee. For the terms and prices please ask our associate at the front desk. Bus parking on the west side of the hotel.
Pet policy: Your pet is more than welcome to our Hotel as well in our indicated rooms, please contact the reception for more details in advance. Extra charge: 17.000 HUF/ stay.

Radio: Through television. Please use the channel selection buttons. Staff are happy to provide technical assistance.
Renting of sports equipment: Your request for renting of sports equipment (Nordic walking, badminton equipment) are handled by our associates working at the front desk.
Restaurant: Our Bistorant restaurant is located on the ground floor and is open every day of the week from 7 am to 10 pm. A buffet breakfast is included in the room rate and is also served here.
Safety box: Please do not leave important personal belongings or valuables unattended in the guest room. The hotel provides an in-room safe for your use and convenience. However, an in-room safe is not a substitute for guest safes maintained by the hotel and in no way modifies the hotel’s limitation of liability for loss of guest property. Sewing kit and service: Sewing kit is available in every guestroom. For special sewing needs please contact the reception.
Shoe care: We have placed 2 machines for your convenience. You can find one in the Lobby and one in the conference center.
Sleep friendly: From the year of 2018 we are proud to be named as a sleep friendly hotel. Our rooms have synthetic and duck feather pillows. For the more relaxing sleep there are earplugs and for an extra charge sleeping masks provided at the front desk.
Slippers: Textile slippers are available at the reception.
Smoking policy: We are a 100% non-smoking property.
Transfer – or limousine service: If you need any assistance regarding transfer or limousine
services, our front office team is at your disposal for further information.
Daily change of towels on request: A face towel, small and large towels are provided in the room. You can indicate that you want to replace it by dropping it on the floor. Towels for the pool and a sauna sheet can be requested at the Spa reception.
TV: Available in all bedrooms, please find the channel guide in the room collateral.
Umbrella: We do provide umbrellas complimentary – in case you would like to have one please contact the reception.
Vegetarian cuisine, diet meals: you can choose from vegan dishes on the menu of our hotel, we indicate the allergen content of our dishes.

Wellness services: The hotel’s top-floor wellness area features a swimming pool, jacuzzi, saunas, a steam bath and a relaxation room after a busy day. Our wellness area is open from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 10 am and from 4 pm to 9 pm in the afternoon, from 8 am to 8 pm on Saturdays and from 8 am to 6 pm on Sundays.
