Accessibility: The entire hotel is accessible for wheelchair users.

Amenities:(toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit, clothes brush) If you need moreamenities than provided in the bathroom, please contact the reception.

Air conditioning: Heating-cooling can be set individually in the bedrooms.

Baby sitting: This service is also available for our guest for an extra charge. This service has to be requested at the time of the booking.

Bathrobe: We provide bathrobe for the guests in all bedrooms.

Business Center facilities: For the following services please contact the reception: Fax, photo copy, printing.

Breakfast: The buffet breakfast is included in the room rate, our restaurant is open 6.00-10.00 on workdays and 6.30-10.00 on weekends.

Computers: We provide complimentary access to computers in the lobby for our guests.

Grab&Go: The minibar in your room is empty. If you would like to take an item please ask the reception desk or choose one from our Grab & Go fridge in the lobby area, available 24/7.

Hairdryer: We provide haidryer in all bathrooms.

International plug adapter and charger: Providing you need any of the above listed equipment, do not hesitate to contact the reception.

Internet connection: We provide complimentary wireless Internet throughout the hotel. Upon special request cables and notebook are also available.

In-room dining: Available every day between 6.30 and 22.00.

Iron: Available in all bedrooms.

Key card: Please have your key card with you at all times, this allows access to the elevator, parking and fitness.

Laundry service: On weekdays we provide laundry service for the guests, please see pricelist and laundry bag in the wardrobe.

Luggage assistance, porter service: You can store your luggage without any extra charge. Upon request we provide luggage assistance. Please contact the reception.

Method of payment: We accept cash and credit card at the reception. In case you prefer to pay by bank transfer it must be completed prior to your arrival.
